Shipping Policy

In some cases, shipping may take up to 30-50 days for your package to arrive due to holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays.

Once a package is handed over to the delivery company, we are no longer responsible for its handling, including cases of theft, loss, or discrepancies where the package is marked as "delivered" but not received. As such, refunds will not be issued for these situations. Customers are advised to consider delivery insurance and ensure a secure delivery location. Any issues should be resolved directly with the delivery company.

If the delivery fails and the package is returned to the sender due to reasons such as incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect the package, the customer is obligated to pay the return shipment fee. This fee will be deducted from any applicable refund or charged separately if the package is reshipped.

Lost Package Policy:

If a package is lost while in transit to the customer, we are not responsible for such cases. All responsibility lies with the delivery company, and the customer must contact the delivery company directly to locate or file a claim for the missing package. We recommend tracking the shipment and reaching out to the courier for updates. If assistance is needed, we will provide any available shipping details to help the customer communicate with the delivery company.
